Mel’s incredibly knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue with my boiler instantly and returned with the necessary parts a week later to get us up and running again. Mel has been such a great help to us for a number of different jobs. He installed our boiler and fridge and has also come out to help us last minute when we've had broken pipes which could have been disastrous - very grateful to him. Extremely professional and highly responsive. We can always rely on the engineer. He is always a phone call away. Last week we had a problem with a tap on the water pipe for our new washing machine and Mel came straight away to help. He not only fixed the water connection but also few days later he amended the tap. He advised us what to buy before the fitting and he didn't even charge us as we're his loyal customers. Came back from holiday to find central heating wasn't working. Called Carmine Heating in the evening and spoke with Mel who came round the following morning. Mel quickly identified the issue, took time to explain it and quickly replaced the faulty part. A responsive, professional and friendly service from Mel at a fair price.
