   Tried emailing to deal with this privately but got no response and just got sent another quotation asking for £2000 even though we already paid £276 for the engineer to do nothing. How can you charge people for labour costs if no work was done? He undid one of the screws in the freezer and threw it somewhere and we had to try and find it, left our tap running and we weren’t told about the diagnostic charge on the call or on the first quotation and I even emailed you the proof that it wasn’t mentioned.

   I would highly recommend this company. The price is very competitive, i received excellent service from them when installing an AC in my loft conversion. I needed an AC installed urgently as i needed all my pipe work hidden whilst the conversion was ongoing. The survey was done the next day and the 1st fix done within 2 days after. I am now planning on using the same company for my downstairs extension. Anyone looking to getting an AC installed i recommend they use this company.

   I remember having my first conversation with Omar and himself telling me "your in safe hands". That statement couldn't not be any truer. He made the experience go extremely smoothly. Very knowledgeable man. Planned to perfection could not ask for a better experience. Initially I just wanted the one AC installed, after the site survey I was convinced I was dealing extremely polite and professional people and I therefore asked Omar to do my whole house with a total of 6 AC installs. The engineers that had done the install were very respectful of the home could not find one spec of dust once they were done that's how clean they were. They absolutely went above and beyond to accommodate my needs even though it took longer to do but they made sure they I was happy with it. This is the only company you need for all your AC needs. Trust me on this one.
