   The Souter team supported a large renovation project of our house. This included removing old, and installing new, pipework and all that is needed for our two new bathrooms, our new downstairs toilet and new boiler, underfloor heating and water softener. The team did an amazing job - fantastic quality, on-budget, on-time and simply a great bunch of people. Would recommend them to anybody that is looking for an exceptionally good plumbing services.

   Quality service from Souter Heating! My husband and I are so delighted that Ryan and Johnny were sent to us by EDF to install our heat pump. We had the pleasure of their discreet company, serious dedicated work ethics and tidiness during the 4 day install. When came the time a month later to call a plumber to connect our newly installed underfloor heating system, we knew we wanted Ryan to do the job as we have total confidence in his work. Thank you!    We downsized into a flat and Ryan provided plumbing services during the refurbishment which included new bathroom , en-suite shower, radiators, Megaflow tank and gas boiler. All very efficiently carried out. The new boiler meant another hole in the brick wall, and I was impressed at how the redundant hole was carefully filled to match the brickwork. Ryan now carries out the annual boiler service.

   Ryan and his co-worker arrived promptly and worked hard throughout the day installing a new boiler after flushing the whole system through thoroughly and replacing ceased parts, which I was shown, in the process I would definitely recommend him and his Company as I found him to be very reliable, efficient and also self sufficient with respect he nor the gentleman working with him didn't ask for food or drinks as they had arrived fully catered The boiler which was fitted is excellent and our heating and hot water works like a dream This is a Family Business and Ryan was taught by his Father many things, his Father we have always used for our central heating needs for at least 30 years without any problems, and totally trust what he says, he has never let us down in all that time and I just know Ryan his Son will be the same, conscientious, very reliable working to a very high standard Many Thanks Indeed!

   Souter Heating and Plumbing have been outstanding for a numbers of years keeping my dodgy ol' boiler going, and then replacing it and all the old cast iron radiators with those highly efficient new ones. Great job, worked great with the builder, end result is toasty! After care service on the boiler is taken care of as well - which is one less thing for me to worry about. Highly recommend Ryan and the team. Highly professional, very reasonable and very customer focused. I am really pleased they are on my "house care" team!
