   Have used Spence Heating for several years for our boiler servicing and have always been impressed with the standard of professionalism of the engineers. We recently moved house and the new boiler did not appear to be working properly. I phoned Spence Heating and Vickey said that it did not sound too good and arranged for a visit that afternoon. Chris arrived promptly and after discussing the situation stated what he was going to do. It turned out to be quite a simple fix and he talked through the workings of the boiler as it was a type I was not familiar with. I cannot praise this company enough and would recommend them to everyone.

   Had Chris of Spence to service my boiler. He was punctual, polite and very helpful.Chris kindly emptied the cupboard where the boiler was and put everything back neat and tidy afterwards. First time of using Spence and I would certainly use them again. No complaints whatsoever.

   My usual, longstanding plumber was unable to service my boiler any longer. I trusted them completely and was reluctant to go anywhere else. I needn't have worried. I had a great experience with Spence Heating, right from the get go. The plumber turned up on time, was courteous and helpful and completed the work quickly. He took the time to explain the overall condition of our boiler, and was helpful enough to offer some advice about how we might best change and upgrade the boiler system when the time was right to do that. Very impressed. Will definitely be using Spence Heating again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

   I had my boiler serviced from Spence Heating, first time I’ve used his company and was really happy with the workmanship and the professional service, plus Spencer is a lovely guy. He discovered a leak in the filter and we talked through the best options to fix it. I went with a new filter and Finley came back two days later to install it. He did a great job, knows his stuff and again, a lovely guy. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would recommend to friends and family

   It is often something of a lottery when trying to find a business that will not rip you off but you can rely on Spence Heating for an honest assessment, good value for money and really hard working engineers.    I was recommended Spence Heating by a friend and couldn’t be happier with the result. Spence came out to look at our boiler that wasn’t working and gave his honest opinion about repairing it. After discussing our options we decided to replace it with a new one. We weren’t at any time made to feel pressured and was grateful for his advice. Vickey in the office was so friendly, very efficient and her communication was excellent when arranging appointments. Pat installed the new boiler and what a great guy he was, so friendly, very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and punctual. Spence came round to check everything was going okay and when Pat completed the job he left the work area immaculate and made sure everything was working before he left. I have no hesitation in recommending Spence Heating and will definitely be using them again if needed. A great job well done! Thank you so much.
