   I don't normally write reviews but wanted to thank Andrew for giving me some free advice. Have a Samsung washing machine that was tripping out. It then worked if you took the plug out the wall socket. I texted Andrew on a Sunday expecting a call back Monday but to my surprise he called and said its probably the molded plug that's faulty. Anyway replaced the plug and all perfect again. Have stored his number in my phone for future use - Perfect credit where credit is due

   Called Andy in the afternoon about our 2 year old Hotpoint oven not working and he suggested a few ideas to avoid a visit but to no avail. Andy came early the very next day and fixed it - the fan was the cause of a lot of problems. I swear it is working way better than new. Professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous.

   Amazing service! I called Andy late on Saturday afternoon and he came round before 9am on Sunday so that I didn’t need to take time off work. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and was gone within 30 minutes.Everything was left clean and tidy and my 13 year old machine is working perfectly.    As luck would have it, all 3 of my major appliances are experiencing problems within weeks of each other, so I gave Andy a call to arrange a visit and some repairs. Though Andy could get hold of the most the parts, he spent 30mins of his time to guide me through various checks and procedures first to see if they cure the problems. I think we both knew the items were probably not worth repairing due to their age, meaning something else will go wrong sooner or later and that mean't more costs for me. I am sure there are some engineers who would have pushed the repairs knowing more would go wrong soon and more than likely they will get the repeat business, not Andy. A honest, knowledgable and genuine professional who actually cares you and your money! Highly recommended if you ever experience issues with your appliances.
