   Horribly disgusting service although it is not free. Not giving themselves the chance to listen and understand the problem. And when you request an engineer to come and check your problem be prepared to be sent a delivery driver, cause that's what happened to me..

   Trying to get our washing Machine to be fixed since 26th August 2020 and now is 12 October 2020 and still waiting. Curry not helping at all, i have been at curry side for 4 times. Calling teamknow how many times and most calls takes over 120 minutes and they put the phone down after all that waiting and curry aware of it as happened many times at Curry's sites.

   waited ages on my phone for a live chat, about an hour or so.in the meanwhile I got distracted looking after my son, in which time an agent came online, saw I wasn't answering and ended the chat. tried another day, waiting an hour and a half this time, same story.so frustrating

   Bought a washing machine that broke, they took 2 weeks to come out and realise they couldn't get the part, then you have to go in to the store to sort it, then 1.5hrs later they have the balls to charge you for specifying a delivery date. Fo you're self a favour and pay the extra for John Lewis, I know I will from now on....,., shocking
