   Absolutely first class experience having 2x aircon units installed at our house. Great father and son team, real personal touch. They are polite, friendly, explain their work and reassure every step of the way. We had a slightly fiddly loft install, they were creative in finding solutions to route the aircon pipes and cables from there to outside the house. Everything very neat and tidy. We were away for a few days while they did the job, they got on with it and left us with great working aircon just as we returned for a heatwave. Highly recommended

   I called ASM in the middle of the second hot spell, needless to say they were very busy. Aaron took the time to provide a quote and visit us to confirm the price and do the planning. We had a multi unit fitted running two units, one upstairs and one downstairs. My wife was concerned about the noise inside - would the inside units be quiet and the unit outside, would it disturb the neighbours. Aaron guaranteed the units are whisper quiet - if needed, and he wasn't wrong. Very impressed with the workmanship of the team and products supplied. Aaron was communicative throughout the process and also took the time to check after the installation that all was good and we were happy. Highly recommended, very competitively priced as well.

   From first phone call to completion it was an absolutely fantastic experience dealing with AMS. I was acting on behalf of my disabled sister and brother in law and they couldn’t have been more helpful On installation day they explained everything they were doing and were so patient and understanding with my brother in law and as unit had to be placed on front outside there solution to make it as aesthetically pleasing as possible was spot on Because of the way we were treated when asking all our questions and concerns we never bothered getting any more quotes and are so glad we chose AMS A truly first class company to deal with John

   Aron and Dal provided a great service start to finish. Communicating and working through the the hole process was very easy and they were thorough to explain everything I needed to know about the air conditioning installed. A real game changer as the world is warming up and now we can sleep cool with our windows shut to exclude any out door noise. The system installed is very quiet and energy efficient so well worth the money! Very happy to recommend their services. Thanks guys!

   For anyone thinking about having a new AC installed in their home Aaron and Dal are by far THE best and are highly recommended. After getting in touch with other companies and being quoted over 7K, I was lucky enough to know someone who recommended Arron and omg what an amazing and truly professional father/son team! They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves and completed installation to a very high standards! Throughly recommended and it cost me a fraction of the price quoted by others!

   It's been approximately 3 months since we asked the ASM folks to repair and maintain our split air unit. So I am confident enough to leave them a 5 star review. All the work was professionally, and promptly done. If you're looking for either maintenance or an install of an AC Unit I don't think you can go wrong with these guys.

   I was looking for an Air Condition split unit supply and fit job. I spoke to several companies. I had no recommendations from anyone I knew. Searching on the web I came across ASM and spoke to Auron. He was very professional over the phone and gave me good advice and a reasonable quotation for a Daikin unit, in comparison to 3 other quotation I had. Thursday evening I paid the deposit and the unit was delivered on Monday and installed on Tuesday. The installation was very professional, courteous, tidy workman ship and cleaning was done during and after finishing the job. The cabling was very neat like one would do in their own house. I would highly recommend ASM. I would give ASM an extra star if I could.

   I called a lot of people when I wanted to install an air conditioning unit in my house. Everyone I spoke too was friendly but I didn't feel they were that bothered to answer all my questions in full. I spoke to Aron several times as I was a total novice when it came to these types of units. Researching online-only gave me partial understanding, so speaking to someone like Aron was refreshing. Not only was he knowledgable but he is very patience and polite man. He answered all my questions in full which was great so I decided to go with him to install my until. The unit I purchased was the Daikin 2.5 FTXP R32 On the day of the install, Aron and his father Dal arrived promptly, they talked me through the install options. The install itself was done professionally, very tidy and the unit is working perfectly. Nice family business, they clearly care about the customer. I am so happy that I just called him today to see how much it would cost to do my entire house.
