   The service I received was impeccable. I was worried that I would be overcharged, misguided and have lots of delays, however Imran was the complete opposite. He attempted to fix the problem when he arrived but unfortunately the parts weren't available. He spent a very long time explaining the details of the problem and how to mitigate issues in the future. He was friendly, professional, very helpful and fixed my fridge within 3 days of first reporting the issue. Highly recommend him and would use him again!
