Excellent service as usual from the team at EB. This job entailed installing a new boiler and associated plumbing. The pre installation advice on choosing the right boiler system for our home was also very helpful. Polite and friendly, and cleaned up thoroughly after completing the job.
Great work, all around from everyone involved. Engineers arrived exactly when they said they would assessed and quoted at a good price then Monika organised when they would come for the install. They were the tidiest workmen I’ve ever had, used carpet protectors, took all rubbish, swept up any dust and completed the install efficiently and to a very high standard. They even took the time to explain how to use the boiler and best practices. Then shared the warrant shortly after once registered. Great work from the whole team!
Great service from Express Boilers! Our boiler had stopped working overnight - they came that day and got the boiler working again. Having given them the fault code - they came equipped with the necessary part, and then came back a week later to do some further repairs. Both visits, the engineer was very friendly, professional, turned up on time and tidied up as well. Thank you - would definitely recommend and will be getting them back to service the boiler.

Express Boilers let me know when my Boiler was due to be serviced. They gave me a couple of options for the service along with a quote. I booked a time slot to suit, and they arrived on the dot. The engineer was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. The price was as agreed. Will definitely be using them again.

We've used Express Boilers for the past 7-8 years and have always found them to be highly professional and experienced. In addition to carrying out regular boiler services, they have also come out to make repairs & they have always made sensible suggestions & clearly explained what has needed to be done. They can't always get out quickly on an emergency basis, but always try their best to visit as soon as possible. I would recommend them.
