   I have used Sargeant & Son on many occasions this year, from removing a downstairs toilet, replacing a gas meter cover box, extensive plumbing and replacing the upstairs toilet following a leak (following a full house rewiring - the house temperature dropped to 4.5c and cracked the pipe). Jeff was also able to install new kitchen appliance pipes at very short notice (I was lucky!) after the old pipes failed. Paul, the company electrician, was able to assist with an alarm problem (not anyone's fault, it was just the way it was wired before the rewiring in November), as well as wire up a three port that Jeff had installed during the extensive plumbing. Now, about the extensive plumbing. Following removal of the living and dining room ceilings due to asbestos, I discovered that much of the pipework was in poor condition. This wasn't a surprise given the wider condition of the property. Also on my concerns were the radiators (six of eight were older than me), along with both the tank and cylinder. The house also lacked a limescale reducer valve behind the stopcock. Jeff and his collegue David came and installed everything over two days in late September. Following the rewiring, Paul was able to finish the three port connections in early December. I am happy to report that everything is working as it should, and all the work will help secure the house for many years to come. Thank you all, including to Cora and Sharon, and when I have more work to be done I am sure I will be in touch!

   Had recent work done by Sargeant. Replacing radiators, including new pipework, and a new toilet. From the initial contact with Cora over the phone to the completion of the job itself - it was professional and reassuring. Excellent communication and updates. Jeff the plumber arrived bang on time and did an excellent and tidy job throughout. Cannot fault them and would choose them again for future work.

   Had a visit from Sargeant & Son as they are my landlords appointed contractors. A lady called me straight away after I reported an issue to my Property Managers, to book an appointment to attend the leak. A gentleman then came to look at my, at the time, supposedly leaking washing machine (turned in to a more severe situation due to a neighbours leak!) Nevertheless, he was professional, informative and very helpful. By memory I think his name was Geoff. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs their services :)

Sargeant & Son stood out immediately as being very responsive and very professional. Everything went like clockwork, they were completely reliable at every stage of the process and the finished system works beautifully. Can't praise them enough.
