   After receiving atrocious customer service at my local Triumph dealership, my search for an alternative garage to complete an annual service on my Thruxton, was rewarded by finding Surrey Motorcycles. Both Phil and Charlie take pride in their work and provide an extremely professional, personalised service. This means that the customer can be sure all work is completed to the highest of standards - something of a rarity these days!    Great mechanics. Just did my KTM SAS valve clearance service plus a few other bits. All done with a great attitude. They kept me informed of progress and other issues till completion. Had a strange problem with the starter button when I picked up the bike. The guys jumped straight on it and fixed it free of charge as a goodwill gesture. Great customer service that many garages could learn from I highly recommend them for all your motorcycle service and repair needs.

   Experiencing starter problems and a bad oil leak, I'm over the moon that I found this brilliant garage hidden away in Chertsey Industrial Park. And don't be put off that it's on an industrial park, this is a slick and well run business in very modern premises. With exemplary customer service, Phil manages your expectations by making clear what needs to be done and how much it's likely to cost. Very knowledgeable and generous with his advice, I'm now more than happy to leave my Bonneville Scrambler in the hands of Phil and Charlie and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting a reliable, high quality service.
