Spoke to a rude guy on the phone who told me he was on holiday for 3 weeks. I thought fair enough, I asked if I can book it for after 3 weeks when they are back. They rudely told me no they don't want to book it in. I was gobsmacked. How a business that is so rude can get this many 5 star reviews is beyond me. Must be friends and family reviewing

Had my Audi 7 speed DSG clutch replaced here today and I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and high end service provided. Pricing was incredibly reasonable and the car was dropped off one afternoon and picked up the next morning! Very happy customer! Will no doubt use again if I have any further problems!

Honest family owned garage. My son arranged a repair and was completed without delay, to our surprise the car was ready before we expected. I had contacted at least 30 garages ,only to be told stories and quoted twice the price even tough we explained the issues and provided them with the fault codes. ICS sorted our DSG without a fuss and at a fraction of cost , even explained the route cause and gave us the old parts. Feels and drives as it should . Florin is the guy.
Having never used this mechanic before I was in urgent need of a gearbox repair on a seat Ibiza cupra. I called them up and they were very freindly and informative. Other garages quoted £3-4k however ICS gave me a much more reasonable quote of £1600, after giving the car in they rang me a day later and charged me £870. Absolutely brilliant service, based upon customer service, honesty, knowledge and price. Definitely will be using ICS Diagnostics again!
