   Unreliable! He was going to come today, gave me a 3 hour window to show up, after 2 hours delay I called him to checked what was going on and he said he wasn't coming, when I asked when he was going to let me know he was full of excuses. I arranged to get the day off from work, woke up at 0730 to wait for him and found out at 1245 he wasn't coming and only because I called him. I obviously never had any work done but I wouldn't want anything done by someone who doesn't even bother to call and let me know he wasn't going to show up.
