   Amazing service. John from Technical Merritt was extremely helpful and polite. I took my pc because of an issue where my gpu and motherboard had some clashes. Went to visit Technical merritt and my issue was solved expertly with no time wasted. For what you are paying for, the service is absolutely exceptional and John is also the nicest person. Customer service was a 10/10 and I will definitely be taking my computer and other electronic devices to Technical Merritt if there are any issues.

   I couldn’t be happier with the experience we had. My husband’s laptop was totally dead and we were worried it might need to be replaced. Technical Merritt diagnosed the issue and got it working quickly. Their communication was excellent and their pricing very fair. John is friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to helping. It’s rare these days to find a business that combines technical expertise with excellent customer service. We’re incredibly grateful and having found they’ll also look at my problematic printer, I’ll definitely be returning for more tech help soon. Highly recommend!

   Such a big thank you to John!! I took my Macbook in to him after the keyboard and trackpad stopped responding and Apple said it would cost over £650 to repair/I needed to buy a new laptop. John diagnosed the issue and fixed it, including updating the software within specific time constraints and for a very reasonable price. He is so honest and genuine, couldn't recommend more.

   I contacted John regarding a problem with my aging laptop. We agreed it was time for a replacement and John suggested a model to fit my budget. So far I am extremely pleased with the recommendation. The transfer to the new laptop was achieved with minimal downtime and for a very reasonable cost. Technical Merritt really cares about getting it right for the individual customer. Communication was excellent and I felt confident about the advice given.    I first spoke to John and David a year ago regarding a problem with emails on our PC. They were both extremely helpful and solved the problem over the phone. John has just rebuilt my laptop, putting in extra RAM and changing the hard drive, greatly improving its performance. He installed 365 and spent a long time helping us understand its benefits. The time he spent with us and his patience was amazing. We came away feeling confident, and have no hesitation in recommending Technical Merritt.

   Looking for someone to build my Gaming PC and "Technical Merritt" did just that for me :) Found "Technical Merritt" via Google after a Local PC Building Company let me down (RL Supplies) so I emailed John about what happened and what I needed doing and when he saw the email called (with a clear English voice) and asked what needed doing. Which I then told him I needed the parts picking up, building/ windows installed and delivered back as I have no means of transport. which he understood and said was fine and asked me when am I (Myself) free so he could pick it all up as well as letting me know about the prices which was great. Then the day came he took all the PC Parts built it all that day (whilst calling and updating me) and then the next day after testing called me to say he bring my PC back built and then did all finished and done (So I paid him) and then he said any problems to let him know... :D I'd rate John/ Technical Merritt - (10/10) Only tiny bit of "Constructive Criticism" I could give is better cable management that's it other then that 10/10 genuine guy :D All in time for Battlefield 2042 & Call of Duty Vanguard
