   Called on Richard for the first time this year for a boiler service for my aunt before the chill sets in. He was able to fit my her in very quickly and completed the service promptly and efficiently for a very reasonable charge within a few days. He says the boiler is probably relatively old but not a word about it needing replacing as so often happens... only that it was still working remarkably well. Just a genuinely nice bloke focussing on doing his job well. I will certainly be enlisting his help if there are any repairs/replacement in the future.

   On a Friday evening our boiler stopped working, heating wouldn’t turn on and it was very cold. So I called Richard found his number on his page he came out that same night! After figuring it out the boiler came back on heating started working what a lovely engineer! Definitely use him again
