   John repaired an LG washing machine for me, he did an excellent job by identifying the reason why the machine had stopped draining( it was caused by a sock stock in the pump) he removed the sock and reassembled the appliance.    Our washing machine was broken and making horrible noises, he talked me through a few bits over the phone beforehand, (making sure we haven’t missed anything) but he had to come around as we couldn’t fix it ourselves. Very quick, professional and friendly. Would definitely call again for any other repairs.

   Top bloke - gave him a call to explain what was going on with my washing machine. He worked it out on the phone and agreed a price and time to come out and fix it immediately. Sorted it all out for me and now the machine is working great again. Saved me from having to buy a new £600 washer.

   I called John when my oven seemed to have stopped working. He looked up all the model details and called me straight back. Turned out my oven was programme controlled which I should have remembered and my little one had pressed a button. John was so kind and decent and didn't even laugh at me! Will definitely call him when there's an actual problem!!

   I feel compelled to write this email as John Boreham was so good in helping me repair my washing machine. My washing machine was leaking via the soap dispenser. I called John on a couple of occasion late in the evening. He was really helpful in trying to diagnose what was wrong with my fairly new machine. John even researched the problem (blocked jets) and informed me the give them a good brush. This solved the problem and my machine now works perfectly. WAIT FOR IT - John didn't even charge me a penny he was just pleased could help !!!! All I can say is I thought tradesmen like that had disappeared. If I ever have any other electrical problems John will be the first person I call. A true professional and gentleman to go with it. Thanks Andrew Dean
