   Key cutting is expensive - Almost double the price of our local shop. We were in Richmond for the day and needed keys cut and wanted to support a local business. Unfortunately on our arrival home at the end of the key was not cut correctly. Upon contacting the shop and explaining it was a £10 return trip to Richmond we were told we could have it fixed for free if we returned to the shop. No refund or partial refund was offered.

   I am not happy at all. I went to collect my shoes this afternoon. I didn't have the time to check these. The shoes are not completely repaired as requested (the front has still a hole). The heels are fine though. Don't think it is worth 38 pounds. Will have to go back tomorrow to make it fix!

   I had a fairly unusual request - to cut a hole in my new cricket boots. Having emailed several cobblers who had all refused to take the job on, Lorenzo at Cobblers & Keys was the first positive reply I received. He cut the boots exactly as I'd wanted and all in the space of a couple of hours, for just £20. Couldn't recommend enough.
