   Amazing you can actually get a TV repaired and at a reasonable cost. Prompt friendly service. Will certainly keep this number and tell my friends. I don't know what he did but the picture is now better than when new.

   Called Triangle when my Panasonic Plasma went pop between Christmas and New Year. It’s a 3D tv so I wanted it fixed if at all possible. Prompt response to pick it up and they loaned us a set whilst it was away for estimate/repair. £48 estimate fee and as the set is discontinued they needed to order individual parts. They came up trumps and charged less than they originally estimated for, so an excellent result all round. Very pleased, definitely recommend.

   Costumer service was poor, we had to repeatedly initiate contact and chase them to find out what was going on, despite being told someone would be in touch. When we expressed dissatisfaction they responded with a defensive attitude, blaming us which I find completely unprofessional. Communication via text message when calls would have been more appropriate given our clear unhappiness with the service. We ended up asking for the TV back unrepaired and it was returned missing two screws from back; we fixed it ourselves with a part from eBay.

   Very pleased with the service from initial booking of service call to completed repair. Set returned when promised on time at price quoted. All re-connected to sky and sound system and set up again. Now all working and I can recommend Triangle Television.
