Omega Group recently replaced and installed our boiler with great proficiency. The company was easy to approach and dealt with our queries very professionally. The engineers worked very efficiently, arrived on given time and completed the work within a day. As compared to other companies the price they offered was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.
We used Omega Group to replace our boiler in May 2017, including installation of a nest thermostat. From the first interaction with the company we were very impressed with the personal and professional service. The installers were friendly and very tidy, with the work carried out and finished to a very high standard. The new system was explained to us, and any questions we had answered clearly. The after service provided is impeccable, including the annual safety service. We had a recent query relating to documentation, which was dealt with without any hesitation and very quickly. I would certainly recommend Omega Group. As soon as you contact them I am sure you will see for yourself the clear difference between them and other heating engineers and national providers such as British Gas.
Omega heating engineers did a great job in my house. 2 engineers came in the morning and worked in a very structured way in carrying out the necessary work to replace my old boiler with a new combi-boiler. The estimate was very competitive also, my reason of why I choose them. The engineers were polite and considerate, they managed to finish the job the same day, which I was glad about. I recommend them and give them the thumbs up!
Omega have done a fantastic job in replacing my heating system. I had anticipated spending more money using A.N. other company, but with the advice and help that Omega gave me I have managed not only to save money on my new heating system but also updated my bathroom with the savings. They had fitted a new central heating and hot water system which is going to give me peace of mind for many years ahead. Their attitude to work has been very professional and it has been a great pleasure having them in our home. We have got honest advise Omega. They do their job very professionally and cleanly. They have installed our new Boiler couple of months ago and its working very fine. They also did other plumbing job at our tenanted properties and our tenants are happy with their Job. Going forward we will use them first for all our boiler and plumbing work...
I have just had my boiler replaced by Omega Heating, and I can say that I am extremely happy with the excellent customer service that the engineer provided. Not only did he explain the entire process stage by stage of the install, but he also took care to keep the surrounding area of the boiler to minimal disturbance and even cleaned up after himself. We now have a lovely warm house and perfectly hot running water, just in time for the bitter cold outside. Thank you once again, I shall definitely be recommending you to my friends and family.
