   From the first phone call with Melanie I felt in safe hands. After a bad experience with another company who couldn’t complete the job and thirty five days without water I was desperate. Melanie gave us an appointment, they arrived exactly on time. They talked us through what would be done and two hours and fifteen minutes later we had a new water mains.    What a fantastic service !!!!! We needed our water main replaced and a friend recommended EMS. Called and explained the job, received a very competitive quote and then booked one of the available dates. Recived a call with an estimated arrival time on the agreed date. When they arrived they introduced themselves, explained what they would do and then got straight on with the work. Super nice guys. Cleaned and tidy everything up when finished. Communication was superb from start to finish and there a few larger businesses that could learn a thing or two about customer care from the team. Would highly recommend using these guys.    I had EMS carry out the fitting of a new water pipe from the street mains to my house. They turned up earlier then anticipated, finished the job to a high standard, were polite, courteous and accommodating as they had to work around another team of work men as I am in the middle of a house refurbishment. I would not hesitate to use them again. And best of all, they are competitively priced.
