Had my tv for 2 months with no communication as to what was happening with the repair, unless I called to find out. Couldn't fix it. Waste of time.
Excellent promt visit from Jay who couldn't repair my old DVD player, but fitted and set up my new one. Took trouble and time. Very pleased and will use again (if I have to!).....6 months later, had to ask for help again. Instant response, promt visit. Cured problem. Fair price. Excellent engineer (Jay). As above, highly recomended.

Before taking my vintage receiver amp to them to fix as one channel sound was crackly, l was using the receiver as it is. Three weeks later they said it was not worthwhile to fix as it is too old. After getting it back and re setting it up, I noticed there is completely no sound on the crackly channel. So l tried the radio receiver but it completely does not work now. I informed Sailesh at the time that everything works except it has a crackly sound but now it is completely unusable.

Great service. Fixed my TV within the week. If you do go there to drop off an item. The workshop is not on the main road. It is round the back on the service road. Call them to verify.
