Absolutely brilliant service. Very responsive throughout. Gave me notice of being delayed by 30 mins which is super professional. Installed two nest thermostats for me in just a couple hrs and did an amazing job. Rinnie was just excellent throughout. I’ll use them for everything I can! Can’t recommend enough.
Vinny and Aashish came to do a power flush on my heating system as the last time I did was a few years ago and the heating was not effective. They were here throughout the day and made sure the system was functioning well and was well balanced so all heaters were warming up. I was impressed with their thoroughness and answered any questions had. I will definitely recommend to them to anyone who needs good service . Thanks to both of you.
What can I say? The Smart Heating guys were great, right from the first communication they were quick and on the ball. The engineer turned up bang on time and fixed the Nest Thermostat in record time. He also made good the marks made by the previous temperature control unit. And I will be using Smart Heating Systems again for my Google security camaras.
Vinay was able to diagnose and fix the issue with our unvented heating system. It had resulted in collateral damage with a burst water pipe. But he was responsive and came back again to fix this problem.
Smart Heating Systems installed a Vaillant Boiler smart system for us a few years ago and have been looking after it ever since. Vinay and his team are efficient, trustworthy and knowledgable and really make an effort to do the best job for us. Besides the boiler system, they respond quickly for any plumbing problem we might have — unlike other plumbers in the past that we could never rely on. Highly recommended!

I have been using the services of this company at my home for over 5 years now. Over the years they repaired and installed a closed-loop heating system, installed a Nest system, and replaced the boiler pump (twice).
