   Thank you so much for your help with an urgent blocked kitchen sink situation! We were in danger of having to do the washing up in the bathtub but were spared the indignity, and inconvenience, as your operative was able to fit us in as an urgent case on the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and quick to spot and solve the problem. All fixed with the minimum of fuss and mess. Highly recommended and would definitely use you again!!

   I contacted boilerpro about our boiler having issues. I spoke with Anita the office manager. Despite her not having a high knowledge of boilers she was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure that we received the best service possible. She managed to get us an appointment within a matter of hours which we were not expecting. We had someone out and we had hot water and heating again. I will definitely be using this company again! It’s not everyday you have helpful people at the end of the phone. Thanks so much.

   Contacted Boiler Pro late yesterday afternoon, my combi boiler was not heating water but the central heating was still working. Sent the details they asked for at 16:22. Shane left my house having replaced the faulty motor and serviced the boiler before 15:00 next day. Highly recommend!

   I recommended Giovanni and his team to a good friend of mine. She had a garden party planned and her boiler packed up 3 days before the party. Giovanni called her on the same day that the problem appeared, scheduled the job (2 days later) and sorted the boiler just in time for the party. My friend was thrilled so much so I got a bottle of bubbles as a "Thank you" for the introduction and Giovanni got a 5* Review for his hard work. Total win win situation.
