Super quick, friendly Kieran came on time and checked over my washer.Luckily it wasn't anything wrong with it just got the advice I needed.Will use them again in future if need.
Fantastic service! Machine was not working, quoted 3 times as much by one company, and couldn't fit me in for a week. Kevin responded straight away and was with me within a couple of hours. Problem fixed within the hour. Thankyou!
I called the workman on Monday to schedule a repair for Tuesday. I also called on Tuesday morning to confirm that everything was going ahead as planned. He was supposed to come from 11am 3pm. At 12:30pm he sent me a text (not even a call, just a text" to say "sorry can't do". His reason was there he could not find parking for his van, where there is plenty of parking around my area. Just lazy if you ask me. Don't recommend and never use again
Excellent service. Managed to fit me in within an hour of call which i really appreciated at this time of year. Professional and courteous and machine fixed promptly.
Engineer called and decided the dishwasher needed a new programmer. He promised to get a price for the part. We paid him £45 (this was to include the labour cost of fitting the part). We never heard from him again in spite of reminders. Our impression was that he couldn't be bothered to follow up the repair having pocketed the £45. Thoroughly bad service! Do not use this company.
