   Baiju is very professional and trustworthy. I had an old boiler and was facing issues in heating . Couple of people from Checkatrade came to diagnose but I was very unhappy on how they try to solve the problem . All they did was just asking some questions and suggested to replace almost everything . Later I came across Baiju and the way he deals with diagnosing the problem is completely different from others. He made sure to spend time and understand the entire heating system in our house ( since we had a complex setup at different floors) and then came up with multiple suggestions . Once I decided to change the boiler, he diagnosed the entire system to make sure that it will fix all the problems I am facing. Only after he is confident in his diagnosis he went ahead and changed the boiler . Even during boiler replacement he spend enough time , fixing the issues he faced and I haven’t faced any issue post that. Thanks for your great work !

   Had a boiler issue last night and in panic situation we were lucky to come across BAAP Gas & Heating which came up on Google search. Called at 10:00am on a weekend having spoken to Baiju who was so helpful over the phone itself and then turned up at our home to fixed all the issues and also helped us with some other issues which we were not aware of all this while. He was very helpful and reasonable with charges not taking the advantage of the situation. I highly recommend BAAP when you have any issues with Gas and Heating.

   I've now called upon Baiju at-least 4 times in the last 6 months and highly recommend his services. Not only is he professional but he responds in a timely manner - this to ensure existing plumbing problems do not worsen. He also keeps you informed throughout the process, takes the time to explain what has gone wrong and provides realistic timescales for getting the problem sorted out.

   Had a series of issues in my house stemming from a faulty wiring box for my underfloor heating (underfloor heating, Boiler tank and main boiler issues at the same time) Baiju fixed the whole system (took him 3 visits as once one had been fixed he identified another) over the course of a few days - changed the wiring box, changed my living room thermostat and repair a faulty zone valve upstairs which was instructing my boiler to stay on all the time! By fixing this alone he saved me at least £6 a day as the boiler was then only on as and when we needed it Reasonable price and happy to answer any messages post installation by message Will be using him to do my annual heating service when due and have recommended him to a few friends and family already 100% recommend

   Baiju and team are absolutely amazing. His work is beyond exceptional. The knowledge he brings is amazing. I was surprised how much he knows about plumbing and boilers. He cares extremely to do the right thing and give you an informed view of what is feasible. He patiently explained everything to me so I was aware of options and any risks. I found BAAP Gas and Heating through the Vaillant website. He is the highest category of engineer and installer possible so he is able to give you the highest warranty as a master of his trade. His fees are very competitive and quotes are detailed and transparent. On my job where we urgently needed a new boiler he stayed with his team the entire day to ensure we have heat and hot water. He also did a lot of items we never paid for like we had a leaking mains water tap which he sealed up plus flushing each radiator out. He is an honest trades person who acts with integrity in all his work, he truly is in the profession to help people with his knowledge experience and expertise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED plumber and engineer, I will be asking for his support and services for life, when you find someone as good as him that you can trust you know it's important to keep that consist tradesman. Thank you Baiju and team for being such a helpful honest person, it's hard to find people as good as you.
