   I can not recommend these guys enough! Martin, Kellie and all the team arranged and carried out repair works to the mains supplying our property. From determining the cause of our issue to arranging a convenient time for the works to be completed causing minimal disruption to the running of our surgery. The guys worked quickly and efficiently leaving no sign that they had been there,-apart from fixing our problem that is! The team were polite and professional throughout.Martin even took the time to talk to one of my staff, advising him on a completely separate issue they were contending with at their own property. Going so far as to giving spare materials to help fix it. I can honestly say that it was a breathe of fresh air dealing with such a professional, efficient company that over delivers on expectations. But what was best was when unknown problems were encountered they didn't leave until solutions were found and they had made sure that everything was both working and safe. Really set my mind at rest.    Martin and his lovely team came to replace our old lead pipe, and I can't recommend them enough. He is highly experienced and has worked for SES Water for many years. The entire process, from the first survey visit through the email communications with Kellie, to the day of the work, was very professional, and the results were neat. We had asked another 4 companies for a survey and a quotation, but Smashing Grounds made a difference from the first moment. And we are so happy to have chosen them!

   Outstanding service from start to finish. Martin and his team were absolutely brilliant. They worked tirelessly in the heat, digging and replacing our main water supply pipes to improve the flow into the house. It was a tough job, but they tackled it with positivity, humour and real professionalism. The difference in water pressure is incredible. Kellie was also fantastic behind the scenes, keeping us informed and handling everything with speed and care. A hardworking, friendly and reliable team. Highly recommended.

   Excellent service and workmanship! I needed to have my old lead water pipe changed to a new plastic pipe running from my kitchen to the mains in the street. I contacted a few companies about this job, with one saying they couldn’t access the kitchen pipe very easily so quoted a high price, and another said the job was complex and would take 3 days, and then quoted an extremely high price. But thankfully, Martin at Smashing Groundwork’s knows exactly what he is doing due to his previous experience of working for SES water company. For Martin the job was straightforward and only took one day to complete. Reasonably priced too. So I was more than happy with the service and would definitely use this company again. Professional and reliable.

   Cannot Recommend enough. Excellent Service!! Had called Max Maintenance for emergency plumbing work right on top of Christmas (22nd Dec) and late in the afternoon, as had been searching and let down by other local plumbers. Without hesitation, Kellie and Martin had booked us in for the following morning, to check the repair and what was required. Martin visited the site and quickly and efficiently assess the job and booked us in for repair 5 days later. ( this now being 2 days before Christmas day) The Repair work was carried out again, promptly, efficiently and even tidied the area after job carried out. The customer service, care and professionalism, that was given by Martin and the team, was amazing. Cannot thank them enough.

   Martin and his team were called in to replace our water feed at short notice, to fix a leak. They understood the urgency, quoted promptly,and organised a quick start. The team were easy to deal with, and kept us informed throughout the work. They went some lengths to leave a neat and tidy finish. Now the work is complete you wouldn't know they had been here. I would use them again if needed.

   I would definitely recommend Max Maintenance. Communication with Kellie in the office was really pleasant and professional; Martin clearly knew his stuff and did a very good job of fixing a mains leak in the garden with minimal fuss and was really easy to deal with. All in all it was a very straightforward and pleasant experience with a good outcome and at a very reasonable price.

   Martin replaced a severely leaking supply pipe at our property after it had been flagged by Thames Water. He was very professional, punctual and did exactly what was agreed with minimal disruption. The paving that was lifted was replaced perfectly and is undetectable now. On the admin side, Kellie was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend.
