Very pleased with this service. I had to call them after being let down by another plumber, who left us with a hole in the soil pipe and toilet not working!! I called and explained my position and thankfully, from my initial call they tried to fit me in as soon as possible. They arrived, assessed the problem, explaining it to me and then got to fixing it straight away by cutting out the blocked pipe, replacing with new & ensured the angle for drainage was correct by testing several times. All was complete in just a couple of hours. They were friendly and very professional from start to finish. Leaving the room clean and tidy and most importantly working. I would certainly recommend them to others and would call them again for any other plumbing or heating problems I might incur in the future. Thanks to their whole team.

Communication was prompt and efficient and they did exactly what they said they would do. After referring me to another company that did some things that they didn't, Westflow returned to site, diagnosed a small issue and corrected it right away. Pricing was very reasonable. NEW BOILER AND KITCHEN Barney and the team were great from start to finish. We needed a new boiler installed in a new location in the house to prepare for a loft conversion along with other work around a new kitchen being fitted. Barney offered great advice on everything that was needed and was able to fit in with our tight schedules. He and Ben were polite, kept us informed of what was happening, tidied up after themselves each day and completed the work on time. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
