   Unusual experience, he fixed my toilet but then asked to go to the toilet after a cup of coffee, he's gone and left a log in the toilet and blocked it again. Then to add insult to injury he took this on my phone I've just seen it in my camera roll? Why? He must have taken my phone for a few minutes unbeknownst to me. I got charged 190 and for him to come back out and put it right he wants another 190??? Stay away from this guy.

   Absolutely professional called them at short notice they was there within 2 hours told me what was wrong went and got parts and within another 2 hours my heating and hot water was back working goods prices cannot tell you how much it was appreciated and what a lovely man that came round cannot recommended this company enough

   Lee installed my new toilet + was friendly, calm + professional, always reassuring me as I was anxious. Our toilet pipe was European standard which is on the right side + our new toilet was UK standard so pipe fittings are on the left, thank God he worked hard to make sure we had a working toilet having to get supplies 2x from the shop. Unfortunately my toilet was leaking in the early morning so called him after 9am and he arrived after 10am to find the leak even if it meant taking the toilet apart to fix it so he was very responsive and thorough. I've booked him to change my basin nxt week then my bath tub week after + will also get him to check my electrics. Just so happy I found an amazing local plumber + electrician and fully recommended them you will not be disappointed. Thank you ELLIOTT HEATING AND PLUMBING
