   Chris was recommended by a friend. I had two plumbing issues that needed resolving for tenants. On contact, he arranged a same day visit. He was punctual and highly personable. He sorted both problems, efficiently and demonstrated a ‘solution focussed’ and ‘can do’ attitude and approach. One of the problems, I subsequently learnt, had been ongoing and other plumbers had failed to fix. I will defiantly use Chris for future plumbing jobs and highly recommend him.

   Chris is polite, friendly and efficient. Professional, prompt and genuinely local (West London). He did our boiler service and replaced a mixer tap on the same visit. Very pleased to recommend him and I have sellotaped his business card to our boiler to make sure we don't lose it! PS: The negative review here is very strange because it bears no resemblance to our experience.
