Lee from FirmusHeat came out Monday evening to assess a leak in my flat. The leak escalated very quickly to at one point a full rain shower in my hallway. Lee was amazing and so helpful. He didn't want to leave until he had got the situation under control. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and advised me on when and where to take photos for insurance purposes. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after. He and a colleague returned first thing the next morning to resolve the situation. His colleague whose name I have forgotten was equally as friendly and kind. I felt safe and and trusted them and the work they were doing. I would definitely recommend FirmusHeat.
Recently we had a fault with our boiler, and this resulted in us having no hot water. No problems we thought we have an annual maintenance and service contact with a reputable (so we thought) supplier, and we called them out. Long story short they let us down and I will review them elsewhere. After contacting 2-3 other suppliers and on getting a recommendation from third parties we called upon FirmusHeat. We contacted them over the weekend, and they visited us with 24 hours the following week. We explain the background and share the paperwork & report that the other party had provided. Upon reviewing the documents and inspecting the boiler and all components they advised that they did not understand the advice we had received and would be able to rectify the problem very quickly. Some of the recommended works by the original party were not necessary and this was confirmed but we agreed with both suppliers to ensure longevity and ensure that there were no future problems to implement them and pay for the additional works. The day following the visit to our house a full and detailed report and quotation was provided which we approved and 24 hours later on a Saturday, they arrived at our house and undertook the works that took only about 3 hours. After 2 months of having no hot water other than by expensively running the immersion heater we were up and running. Two days after the works had been completed a full report together with pictures was provided to us as we had requested. Complete transparency and a thoroughly professional service. It is so nice to come across a company and Steve Thorpe in particular who do what they say they will do, quickly, cleanly and professional. We would have no problem recommending them to others and we will now be switching our boiler maintenance & service cover to them.
Just had a whole new system boiler installed by Steve and his team. The pipework and workmanship is fantastic. The team worked for 5 days and didn't cut any corners. I will be using them again in the future. Thank you!

Had lots issues with an old boiler and they were very quick to come out to check it and repair it each time it broke down, and when it finally conked out they managed to fit us a new one within 2 days. Also had all the radiators replaced and guys did a very good job
Steve and his team were very professional. From the beginning the quote was very quick and competitive. Originally my old boiler was in my garage which was causing problems this was solved when Steve suggested relocating the boiler to our bathroom. The work was completed within a week of me accepting the quote.
