   My washing machine door seal is broken and call Appliancesfix and they immediately arrange people to my home to check and order the replacement. It is fixing now , just few days, perfect . The few days waiting is just because the delivery of the new door seal, their services is perfect and amazing .

   Sam was on time, diagnosed the problem with the electric side oven and repaired the issue with our rangemaster cooker. The oven door was also faulty, it wasn't part of the call out, but he repaired that as well. Very reasonable price for the work. Would use again.

   Had an appointment booked in for 4pm, at 4.15pm i get a call saying the technican would be there in 15 mins. I waited downstairs thinking they would arrive soon. They had the wrong map, which they accused me of sending when it is clearly showing where i live. Called them back at 5.15pm (1hr 15mins) after scheduled appointment time, and they tell me that they have gone to another appointment! Without even calling to say! Very unprofessional, will never use them!
