    I was very happy with the service provided by maintenance doctor, I was given the earliest appointment and the engineer was very polite and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I was provided with my certificates on the day. I will definitely use them again for my renewal :)

    Hello - Very bad and unprofessional experience for me I had used this firm in Feb 2018 to get Gas & Electricity Safety Certificate. I had paid advance £50 over the phone, their electricity engineer did not turn up till 3 weeks of agreed date, although they had charged the full amount without engineer visit even without informing me (I had realized when I checked my credit card after sometime). Their electricity engineer had come (after three weeks -after so many follow up from my side), he had suggested few changes, it was supposed to cost me more. I had contacted this agency and informed them that please charge me only for Gas certificate and at most electrical engineer visit cost (bear in mind they had charged me already, so I was asking for refund practically). They did not respond back, no responses at all. So (A) They had charged me complete amount without delivering the services (B) They had used my stored credit card detail for subsequent payment without informing me (C) They are not refunding the amount after charging whatsoever had been agreed.

    If I could give them 0 stars I would! Very poor customer service! I got a quote for a gas cooker Instalation, which was £85 and got charged £110 instead. The engineer appointed to the job never showed up and instead got somebody who doesn't even work for the company to come over and do the job for him, as he was stuck in traffic, apparently. The person who tried to connect my cooker had no idea what he was doing had no tools and anything with him. He told me I had no gas connected to the cooker pipe after fiddling with it for 15 mins. Later on it turned out that there was and is a gas connection there and that this person has actually damaged my new cooker which costs almost £500. I got a great engineer to come fix what they did, unfortunately he was not able to connect it due to the gas leaking out of the cooker. 5 days on and I am still waiting for the refund and looks like I will have to chase them for it. Please please please stay away from this company!

    This is a company from hell!! A bunch of Cowboys!!! In early December 2017 they came to do the Power Flush to my Boiler/Central heating and charges me £608 including filter. British Gas came and checked it and found it was not done to the minimum standard as the filter were still full of sludge and some of the radiators still didn't warm up. Their Manager named Mebs promised that he will send an engineer round to fix the problem. Every time I called him he said he will call me back, unfortunately I have called him 14 times but he never returns any calls, he asked me to send him evidence of their sub standard work...I sent him the report from British Gas of which he said he will forward it to his directors and get back to me.They never have come to me nor they have come to clear the system. Due to their bad customer service my family and I have been relying on electric heaters all throughout Xmas and all January. They have not come back to fix the problem nor have they returned any compensation. If you hear of this company stay away!!!
