What a star!!! Our TV died between Christmas and New Year. Denis was fantastic. He returned my call the same day and came out within 24hrs. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and knew exactly what was wrong with our T.V. Would Highly recommend Denis. He was superb. Thank you so much.

I selected Denis from DBM Micro Electronics Ltd, based on the fantastic reviews on his Google Business Profile. I called Denis and left a message, he got back to me and figured out what was wrong with my LG 65" OLED TV. Within 3 days of paying the very reasonable fee, Tanya in the office booked me in for the repair after work (which was very convenient for me). Denis called me 20 minutes before he arrived at my house and had all the required tools and parts with him (after diagnosing the issue after only a phone call, very impressive). Within 30 minutes, my television was in perfect working order again and he even did a master reset, as there were some glitches with the software. The TV is better than it's ever been and I am incredibly happy with the job! Denis came to my flat to fix my television set recently. I rarely leave reviews but his service was simply on another level. He fixed the set quickly and to a high standard, taking care to clean the screen afterwards. His price was the lowest of any supplier I spoke with. Finally, he encouraged me to call the original retailer who, it transpires, I was still under warranty with. Denis spoke with their customer service team and sorted out a repair for me under warranty. In doing so he stayed well past the original time of his repair. Faultless service, highly professional and great to have a conversation with. I would highly recommend.
A repair on behalf of richer sounds, replacement screen for 55" OLED. Really nice chap, polite & friendly and had the screen replaced in 20 minutes from start to finish. Helped me get the screen back on the wall afterwards. Very good service.
