   Avoid. Very bad attitude when I repeatedly told him from the very beginning I will need a RECEIPT for the £50 cash he requested. He then says you should have paid £80 over the phone or card reader and I even asked to do this initially but he said cash is preferred……He was getting aggravated when I called him and still I don’t have the receipt and the quotation so I can go ahead with the repair. Since he visited the fridge freezer has gotten worse and is now warm at the top and frozen at the bottom. I felt totally he thought he could speak to me in that tone because I’m a woman. Am calling another professional. Please, if you value your sanity go elsewhere.£50 out of pocket but we love and learn don’t we?

   I feel really scammed, this man asked me 240 to fix my refrigerator, he asked me for 190 because according to him there was a part that was not working properly, and then I would have to pay him 50, so far so good, this was on a Wednesday, and he didn't show up until Monday, I had to keep calling him, poor communication on his part, suddenly he arrives today, installs the part and tells me that the refrigerator compressor is broken too, and he realizes now, he tells me that it will cost 1000 pounds to fix that and I realized that I was being scammed, the guy leaves my house without saying goodbye and he took the part out of where it should be… and I ask him where he is taking the part that I paid 190 pounds for, he intended to keep it, and he gave it to me and left, a complete scam, I do not recommend him, besides he is rude and does not give me good vibes. I have lost 190 pounds but God sees all, he continues through life trying to scam people.

   Ovoid its scum company! He came to my house to repair dishwasher, it was working just some problems with heating the water. Make and problem was reported in advance. Price of repair was agreed £80 all in, no fee if not repaired. He dlsmeteled my kitchen and entire machine, then told he doesn’t have heating pump which needed, quote for it &60 additional plus VAT, when the market price is only £20. Then he told me if I don’t pay his call out charge and investigation he would not put my machine back, I have to pay him before he connects it as it was. After I refused and told I will sue him for damages, he call to Police and told that I am threatening him. Further he just left leaving my washing machine and kitchen destroyed. Please see the pictures. Ovoid to use this company at any cost! See the pictures of condition he left my property.

   Really happy to have found Steven. He really knows his stuff and has replaced and installed two appliances for me, a fridge and a freezer, very successfully. He gets discounted prices through his supplier and I think his own costs are reasonable. We will not hesitate to use One Stop Repairs again in the future.

   Steven was amazing! We had an emergency as our oven had stopped working two days before Christmas 2021 which would have ruined Christmas for the family. We called him and he booked us in on Christmas Eve. He arrived right at the time he confirmed and fixed the oven perfectly. It is literally like it is brand new and hasn’t worked this well in years.    Out of the blue, my fantastic dryer broke down. Had no idea what to do so I fretfully went onto Google with the make of the machine and all the other relevant bits and went through 9-10 different options before coming across Steven and he responded just like it said on his website and he dealt with it super quickly, really knew his stuff, and the bonus is that if anything goes wrong in this flat, whatever appliance it is, we have it handled if we call Steven. Very safe pair of hands, lovely manner and super bright. Thank you Steven!
