Brian is excellent - Jeff was really helpful via text and Brian came very promptly at the agreed time. Brian talked me through and explained the issues in detail (after another plumber from another company tried to rip me off for an unnecessary repair). Highly recommend, very ethical. Will use again for any future issues.
If you need a plumber, boiler person or heating engineer in Kilburn, West Hampstead, Queens Park or environs I would definitely go with Brian and Action Services. When it's an emergency they are super prompt to come and help. Brian talked us through our choices when our old boiler had problems. The price of replacement was completely fair and the service is prompt, contactable, and completely effective. Very happy with our new boiler and will be going back to these guys for the annual service. They are definitely cheaper and every bit as good if not better than big name London-wide firms.
They are very easy to communicate with, and Brian, the service engineer, arrived as scheduled. Although our gas boiler had no problems that needed any repair work, Brian pointed out a number of problems that the installer of the boiler had not addressed satisfactorily during the installation and commissioning, and so he reset the boiler settings on our Vaillant boiler that would make it operate more efficiently than it had been previously set to. The bill for the work was as originally stated when I booked the boiler service. Based on my experience, I will definitely use them again for any other plumbing-related issues, as they clearly employ people with the necessary expertise to ensure that any work undertaken is carried out professionally.

I had Action Services back for annual boiler service, fitting a magnetic filter and repositioning a lever valve. Very pleased with results, costs were as quoted and affordable. I'm a regular customer now. Would recommend.
Asked Action Services to come & have a look at my ancient non working boiler - Bryan arrived on time & spent a long time trying to revive it but it was too far gone & I will need a new one. He very went through all the options & prices & left me to have a think about which boiler to have. He very kindly didn't charge me for all the time he spent trying to get it started. Excellent service & in a safe pair of hands. 5 stars.
I recently used Action Services Plumbing for first time for a rental, based on internet reviews and responsive to phone calls. First appointment was missed/not informed so not a great start, but I called again and 2nd time was on time,, fixed quickly and efficiently and reasonably priced. Always very responsive to phone calls, invoicing quick and easy via phone. Will definitely use again and recommend.
