   I brought my Polene bag here after part of the bag got destroyed in my suitcase laying next to a hot curling iron (very stupid of me) but the leather on the back was destroyed and Bag Repairs SK delivered. The damaged spots barely noticeable anymore and the bag looks good again. The repair was beyond expectations and I couldn’t praise them more. Also they are fair in pricing in my opinion. Thanks again!

   My two Celine bags literally look brand new and the work done has acceded expectations. And that’s just by looking at them through pictures. My trip to Australia kept getting extended by the company I work for, so I was unable to collect them in person. Bag repairs very kindly looked after them whilst I sorted out someone to collect them 5 months later (awfully sorry). I highly recommend this service and will be using them again when I am back in the UK!

   I have used this shop several times for various jobs over the years and they are amazing and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. They are able to source rare zips and buckles and are very kind and accommodating. They have also worked on belts for me. Anything leather definitely check them out and people who have written reviews about they don’t understand designer bags do not know what they are talking about as if you talk to the owner she knows exactly what is needed and you can see the place is filled with designer bags they are working on

   My beloved Gucci Signature Horsebit Mules, purchased in 2007 at the Gucci Store on Sloane Street. Totally fell apart on the soles whilst i was at a Concert. To be fair i hadn't worn them in about 10yrs prior. I was devastated, i immediately took them back to Sloane Street Gucci Aftersales. I was holding on to a tiny bit of hope that my shoes could be saved. After they agreed to take them they sent them to Florence to the factory. Unfortunately i was contacted shortly saying that my shoes could not be repaired by Gucci as they no longer had the original parts to do the repair authentically. I refused to give up then i met the Magician INA i was following them on iG and saw the miracles she was doing. I had to get in touch, i sent her pics through whatsapp and then booked an appointment. When she physically saw how badly broken they were i dont think she was sure a repair was possible. But she said she'll do her best. After about 3 weeks she contacted me with pictures i literally was in tears. She rebuilt the whole soles again and they look as good as before. I would tell anyone who has any imposibble items torepair ro contact them. They are amazing honestly. I am.Very HAPPY I DID

   Really impressed, they managed to fix the handle on a leather bag that I love and fixed the fastening on a second bag for free. The handle on the leather bag was in pieces and while it is evident that it has been repaired I don't think many places would have been able to do such a good job. Thank you

   Aynur is amazing and fixed a really bad stain on a white bag! The dark stain was at a really visible area of the bag (right next to the logo). I tried to remove the stain myself with leather conditioner which also made it worse (the lambskin leather started peeling off apparently), brought it back to the store and no luck. Aynur was so patient and kept going back and forth with it to get it to a satisfactory level, she's done such a great job and I am so happy with the result! You can tell Aynur really puts her customers first and really care about the bag. Highly recommend!

   I have a vintage Chanel bag that desperately needed some TLC. The lining on the inside was peeling off and I wanted to change the hardware colour from silver to gold. Aynur and Darren are lovely and went above and beyond to make the sure bag came out looking amazing (gold plating the chain proved to be more difficult than expected but they came up with the perfect solution). So happy with the result!!! Prices were reasonable compared to what I've been quoted elsewhere. I'll definitely come back next time I need to repair another bag :)
