Visited to repair machine. Charged £105. Unfortunately when tested later the same fault was present. Contacted the firm who at first said they would send someone back to repair. Then said they couldn’t come and offered to refund. Sent bank details but no refund. Contacted them and they promised to check. No refund. Contacted them and they replied to say “hi, the transfer was made, thank you”. No funds received at all to my account. Subsequent calls and text messages have been ignored. I did give the firm opportunity to rectify before leaving a review. They did not respond. Legal action now commencing.
I had the seal on my washing machine replaced this week by these guys. The initial call to book was great lovely lady on the phone. My engineer was punctual, very polite and professional. Did a good job for a good price. I would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you
We paid Pedro £50 to provide us with accurate measurements required for a replacement hob. After Pedro's visit, we researched hobs online and rung around different companies, but found the measurements we had been given for the cut-out in our worksurface were smaller than what was required for every single one we looked at. I could not get hold of Pedro that day, so I decided to remove the oven myself and take my own measurements for the hob - which were different from Pedro's. Mine matched the standard sizes required for the hobs online... We decided to order one and it was successfully installed by another company, which confirmed that the measurements I took were definitely correct, and the ones that Pedro took were wrong. We are upset that we paid £50 for the wrong information, especially after I repeated the measurements back to Pedro several times to ensure I had written down exactly what he said. We have wasted our money when this is all we paid him to do. I attempted to contact Pedro but unfortunately no reply... At the very least I hoped for an apology. Very disappointing.
Pedro came to fix my washing machine after my real estate agent booked him in. He was friendly, polite and efficient. He also gave me useful information and was very good at professionally letting me know the repair wasn’t my fault and was secondary to long term use. I would highly recommend Pedro at any time for any repair.
Pedro did a fantastic job of fixing our washing machine. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered in the replacement part and came back to fit it within just a few days (and this was over New Year too). His work is of a very high standard and you could tell that he actually cares about doing a good job. On a personal level I found Pedro polite and trustworthy. He is a good communicator too. He took time to explain to us what he was doing while examining our washing machine and that helped with our decision making. He responded quickly to our phone messages, which not all tradespeople do. Overall I would be very confident in recommending Perdro's services to anyone.
