I would like to say a special thank you to your company for the wonderful experience I had with Steve. Steve came to pick up my device for repairs, I was lucky enough to have him back to reinstall my devices. Steve had the right attitude he was kind, competent and respectful. I also had a minor issue which, the lovely lady I spoke with at the office resolved promptly. Thank you for making this experience a great one I am a happy customer. Thanks again Steve!

Unprofessional Services contracted by D&G repairs booked. Obnoxious staff, think twice before, letting your property be taken away for repairs that cannot be done on site. Otherwise, you will end up with similar specification product that is not what was removed from the property. Unwilling to take responsibility for poor service provided. Update, software and switching data, easily accessible formats and readily accomplished. Authentic review Bob, and definitely, ensure that you research your service provision always.

I didn't have the greatest experience with this company who were assigned by D&G to repair my TV. The first engineer visited, I showed him the issue (dead pixels all around the screen) and he tells me the screen cannot be replaced so I would need a replacement TV. He goes to take the TV and I question it asking what the reason is that he needs to take it if repairing it is not possible. He says he will just fill in a report to send to D&G. 3 days later, I contact D&G and they say this company has claimed I "refused the service". At no point did the engineer say that if they don't collect the TV that I would not get offered a replacement. I book another repair a week later and get a voicemail left from the service manager saying have the TV ready for collection. I also called back to confirm and everything seemed fine. A different engineer visits and starts messing around with the TV settings despite me having it ready to be collected. I end up plugging back in my aerial and PC because he wants to test the TV and see the issue. After that, he tells me the screen cannot be replaced which I already knew. He then tells me he is not taking the TV today since it cannot be repaired. I chose not to have an argument with him and I can't exactly force him to take the TV. He said I should get a call from the service manager to discuss it. I didn't hear back and it was almost the end of the working day so I called them directly. The service manager tells me that he will call me later in the week to arrange a collection the following week. I'm a reasonable person but at this point, the piss has well and truly been taken. I call D&G who then call the service manager himself and they repeat what he said to me. I explain that I have a voicemail as evidence saying the TV would be collected already. I raise a formal complaint. 2/3 days later, the service managers calls saying they can collect the TV the following week so I agree since I just want this resolved. FINALLY, this time round, the TV was collected quickly and efficiently as it should have done on the second visit. The morning after, I get an email from D&G to choose a replacement TV! There are clearly some serious communication issues with this company between the engineers, the manager and their customers. I think I'm being fair with the 2 star review considering it would have been 1 star if not for the quick turnaround after the 3rd visit.

I took my Roberts Radio in at 08;30am to get a βpower issueβ addressed. When you do this sort of thing you wonder if you are going to get stiffed or not! I was very pleasantly surprised, the gentleman engaged in a conversation to understand more of the symptoms and then I left it with them. I was called later the same morning, to pick up the radio that had been fixed fixed and the cost much less than expected. Great service, will use again.

Would highly recommend this company. I took my daughters portable record player in, they took the time to check it over, advise me what i needed to get hold of to fix it, and fitted it for me for free. Very kind, very helpful and I will definitely be returning if i need something fixed again.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AVOID AVOID THESE GUYS SENT A STRANGE FELLA WHO OBVIOUSLY HAD NO INTENTION OF CARRYING OUT A REPAIR. FAULT DESCRIPTION WAS OBVIOUS THAT THE DISPLAY PANEL WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED REPLACING BUT STILL ATTENDED TO BILL DOMESTIC AND GENERAL FOR A CALL OUT. HE WANTED TO CLOSE THE JOB BE FOR HE EVEN STARTED. HE AGREED TO KEEP IT OPEN AND REPORT BACK TO DOMESTIC AND GENERAL, A FEW DAYS LATER I GET A MESSAGE FROM DG SAYING GLAD TO HEAR MY TV IS FIX. DIGITAL SERVICES LEFT ME A BLANK JOB CARD. WHY DO D AND G USE THESE PLONKERS RUINING THEIR ALREADY FRAGILE REPUTATION.

This company just Told me my tv was working and had been tested for a week with no fault so was being delivered back with no repairs being done, spoke to Paul who was unbelievably rude and arrogant, decided to ring my insurance company as something seemed off, turns out the company invoiced d&g insurance for a new motherboard and was waiting for the parts to be delivered (baring in mind they already made a delivery date to return the tv back un repaired) , so I ring digital satellite service back and ask to speak to the manager asked her to confirm if any works had taken place on the tv, she confirmed it had been taken apart cleaned and a software update only nothing else done , so I confronted her about the motherboard invoiced on the 2nd, and what do you know so went and checked and it has had a new motherboard fitted , blatant lies as her colleague Paul was arguing rudely with me that my tv had been tested as was fine, and needed no repairs, if they changed the motherboard he would of said itβs a big repair after all, in.. they obviously are invoicing for expensive parts but not actually doing the work, please if you deal with this company be wary, previous feedback speaks for itself, il update once I get my tv back. UPDATE Tv was returned unfixed and has now been wrote off by another service provider and replaced no thanks to these guys who delayed the whole process, the guy who returned the tv, put 65inch tv on my leather sofa damaging it, they are refusing to give me insurance details, all you people with 1 star review need to contact d&g and log formal complaint, itβs the only way anything can be resolved if enough people do it they will have to listen

Only giving it one star because I cant give 0. This has to be the pinnacle of poor management, poor quality and poor performance from everyone here. The only bloke that was actually helpful was the guy who picked up my TV. I gave it to them on the 20/12. I only got it back on the 1st Feb, were the problem was still occurring. Now obviously, your gonna raise your voice at this point were your TV hasn't been repaired. So I yelled and booking a repair elsewhere. AVOID THIS COMPANY.. IF DOMESTIC AND GENERAL RECCOMEND YOU HERE, SWITCH IMMEDIATELY.

1 star is more than generous! DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS!!!!! They took are tv away under our insurance policy with Domestic and General due to it crashing constantly. They came and collected it by a person who had his trouser around his ankles pretty much. We let him use our toilet and he didn't even wash his hands. He was waring a mask around his chin and this during a pandemic. It was in their possession for 3 weeks, in which there was no communication from themselves. When after Domestic and General contacted them we got the TV back! Not only had they not fixed the crashing issue they made it worse. Also broken the Bluetooth module and scratched up all the bezel. On reporting back to Domestic and General they came and collected it again a week before the European football tournament. 3 weeks later we still don't have our TV, they are denying that the bezel was damaged. They said to my wife that she wouldn't understand the 'technical terms' insinuating that she's a woman! So I spoke with him and he was rude beyond belief kept talking over us. Don't not use these people!
