   Very professional! So happy that I called this company as they finally fixed the oven in the flat that I rent in London!! I had two private engineers before LE Company who tried to repair my oven but they did NOTHING after the assessment, however as I understood they had to order a spare part for the oven and install it! Thanks God this company had everything needed on board and fixed it in one go. So, I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their oven to be fixed. Yes, it is not as cheap as the private engineers but they charge you for the real and COMPLETE service but not for the assessment that gives actually nothing. Thank you, guys, especially Alexandra who helped me to organise the best time for the service as I had only a few hours available that week.

   We had the LE Company team a week ago with an emergency request regarding our oven. They arrived the same day and managed to fix our very loved oven just in an hour! The whole process (booking + service) went very smooth and professional. They also explained us how to look after the oven and gave a few options of the cleaning sprays which are the best for us to get. The job was fast, high quality and very professional. p.s. even though it was an emergency it did not cost us a fortune comparing to another “famous” engineering company who we called before. So, if you need your oven to be repaired call these guys, they are the best!!

   This company saved me again two days ago, just as they did more than two years ago for the first time! The first time, I had an emergency situation with my Miele oven when I was living in London and expecting my family to come for the weekend. The job was done in two hours—they had to change some spares, but it was all completed in one go! That saved my weekend and allowed us to cook the food we wanted. The second time I had to use LE Company was about five days ago when I needed to organise an emergency repair of the air con for my aunt in Camden. This time, it wasn’t quick and required two visits, plus a spare part that had to be ordered and was quite expensive. However, they managed to get it quickly and completed the job just two days after the first visit. So it was worth the money. Strongly recommend this company—it’s worth the money. I'm especially grateful to Alexandra, who helped me organise everything in London while I am away.

   Outstanding service, highly attentative staff, fully dedicated to repair my loved 10 year old Bosch build in caffee machine. This was specifically challenging as there was limited availability of spare parts. It was throughout the process a great pleasure working with the team of London Engineers, ... any other company would have let me down and given up to get my machine repaired...    London Engineers came in April to service my Viking gas hob. I had been trying for some while to get someone to check the appliance and this was proving difficult as Viking don't appear to market their appliances in this country. I was advised by the LE engineer that the hob was in very good working order and, although one part could have been replaced, there was no pressure to have this done. The cost of £366 for basically testing the appliance was high but this was partially due to travelling time as I live in Buckinghamshire. Overall I am pleased that the hob has eventually been serviced.

   I have been using London Engineering Company for the past 3 years to service a range of equipment. Sub zero fridge, wine chiller, miele washing machines & extractor fans to name a few. They have always been very responsive coming out same day where possible to fix equipment.communication regarding booking, quotes & leadtimes on repairs has always been transparent & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

   We want to express our appreciation towards London Engineers Company, which has been looking after our restaurant equipment for the last few years. Royal Quarter Café is a busy place that uses the equipment in full and that pressure requires extra attention all the time. Even though LE engineers do regular check-ups of our coffee machine, ovens, fridges and a cold room, we still have emergencies from time to time. Even then the engineering company responds very quickly and does their best to sort out the issues making sure that we can operate as usual. We can ensure you that the job they do is professional and high quality. The recent jobs they did for us were repair of our fridge and a new cold room installation. Both services are perfectly performed and make our place even more productive. The cold room pictures are attached below.

   this company came and fixed my subzero freezer with minimum of fuss. The engineer kept us abreast of the situation until it was fixed. What I liked was the engineer did not waste expensive time and got work done in minimum time. They are absolutely fantastic. They repair all fridge freezers and good prices.
