Installing AC units was one of the best things that I've had done in my house and using the Aircon Team was next best thing. They were incredibly efficient, provided what they said they would and executed a great service. I would definitely recommend them.
I’m very pleased with the installation work carried out on my four bedroom house. Everything was done to a high standard and the results are amazing. Lawrence and James were both excellent – professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention to Toto the painter, who did a fantastic job on the walls and ceilings. In one room there was only a small patch to be made good but he went above and beyond by painting the whole wall to avoid the new paint being obvious. It looks as new. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Strongly recommend.
I have been in my apartment for nearly 2 years, we knew as soon as we moved in to the new apartment that sooner or later we will need air condition. Even when opening all windows it was still hot and absolutely no air circulation. We were suffering for too long . This summer me and my wife decided to get air conditioning, it was the best money I have ever spent. We can now control the climate in our kitchen diner and my daughter Eva room. The air flow is really soft, calm and whisper quiet. We now have total temperature control. The air conditioning team came highly recommended by our neighbour. My wife cannot thank them enough. My wife used to draw curtains & blinds in the day living in darkness which was not healthy. Now Our apartment is comfortable it feels much fresher, we now let lots of natural light shine in and it feels light and airy . We so grateful to marcelo , ricky & Kleber so friendly clean & tidy . My apartment in Wandsworth needed AC! Every year my apartment is getting hotter and hotter and becoming unlivable. The turning point was when my wifes chocolates melted in the kitchen. That was a sign that enough was enough - I needed AC immediately. Derrick and George arrived very friendly and tidy - they had all the specialized equipment to do the installation really fast. the kitchen and bedroom was completed in 1 day with no disruption to my working day (as I work from home) - my apartment is now fully air-conditioned and its completely transformed the way we live in this apartment. No matter the weather outside we are now enjoying our apartment. I can adjust the climate control on the AC with my phone app and it's never been easier. My initial concern was what to do with the outdoor unit on the balcony of my apartment - but Derricks genius idea to enclose it in a timber cabinet and his clever idea to turn it into a bench seat and is not visible from the outside. I am so pleased with the outcome and the entire installation - their creativeness and quality of the work was top standard. Ive already recommended them to my brother.
Terrible communication from the point of paying the deposit onwards. We live very busy lives and it was made super clear that we needed notice in advance of the fitting day and when the making good would happen. In the end for the fitting day, I was told it “might” be possible for them to come on a certain day, so I agreed on the basis this was confirmed ahead of time. The fitters fully arrived without even a call meaning I had to cancel work calls to accommodate. The job was completed fine although no assistance in connecting the unit to the app despite me asking. The fitter told me that the decorator would be back to make good in about 24 hours….In the end this didn’t happen for a month after, despite numerous emails which were always unanswered and several phone calls when James promised he would come back asap with some days for them to return. Finally I was told “he will come some time in the morning” to which I asked again to be called an hour or so before so I could ensure I was available to let them in. Then in the end, inevitably, no call and turns up unannounced. So in the end the work is done and it is fine. However the amount of time spent chasing them to complete the job was something I’ve never experienced before. Could have been so much better of an experience.
A brilliant team of installers. Highly efficient and so nice to have in the house for a day. Absolutely no mess and an excellent job. I could not be more pleased and would recommend them to anybody. The whole procedure from speaking to James initially, followed by the inspection from Lawrence and finally the installation was flawless.

Thermacool services recently installed AC in 4 rooms in our house. We received 6 quotes before starting the works. The designs they offered far exceeded the other offerings; they were less disruptive to the internal rooms and significantly more discreet on the external pieces of the house. They also offered both an accelerated timeline in comparison to the others and met any of the others on price as well. The subsequent execution was flawless as well. They were quick, effective and the results reflect the initial plan. The team was also a pleasure to work with, responsive, thorough and thoughtful. We are extremely happy with the service and products provided by Thermacool Services who have installed AC in all four of our bedrooms. From our initial phone call to James through the site survey by Lawrence, to the actual installation by George and his colleague, the service was professional and courteous. The setup was clearly explained, advice was given and our input and requirements were taken on board. George and his colleague worked like Trojans on the actual installation. They were also incredibly tidy. Cleaning up as they went and removing all waste. Once they had left, the only proof they had actually been here were the AC units on the walls! If we decide to extend AC to the other rooms in the house, we know who we are going to call!
We recently had 3 units installed in our house. Thermacool were an amazing company that offered a competitive price and excellent service . We had previously had the house renovated and didn't want to have any damage to new walls and ceilings etc. They did a fantastic job and once they had finished you would not have know they had even been here. The guys that installed the units were absolutely lovely, polite incredibly tidy and very considerate of our us and our home. They also colour matched the kitchen unit so it blends in with the wall and is not so obvious. A truly amazing job!
