   Had a major electrical problem with my house alarm. I had amazingly prompt service. In this case it was Ben who was so helpful and experienced. Sorted it well within the hour and even voluntarily got my WiFi, which had nothing to do with the alarm, working again. He’s my hero. And I love the efficiency of the office, email confirming appointment etc..which I think was down to Trish. I can’t wait for my next emergency so that I can call them in again. (Okay, maybe that’s going a bit far…but I love them).

   Used Quantum thrice now, for different plumbing and heating issues. Good quality of service and efficient with the use of time. For one of the issues the visit had to be rearranged at short notice due to the engineer becoming unavailable. The issue was not urgent though and given the overall experience I feel that 5 stars is deserved. Kudos to Charlie for the engineering work and to Trish for assisting with navigating through the visit rearrangement.

   I called late on Friday afternoon and was able to get a quote and book an appointment for Saturday morning in one call. Mark arrived right on time on Saturday and quickly diagnosed the (many) things needing repair. The electrician then reached out on Sunday to make an appointment for Monday morning. Ryan arrived on time and fixed everything including the water heater, the clogged drain, and running toilet. He ran two quick errands and replaced the faulty pump and toilet fixture all within one day. Both Mark and Ryan were incredibly professional and also took care to make sure I understood what they were doing and why. They were also very friendly and kind throughout both appointments as well as responsive and easily reachable. Ryan especially was amazing- he spent most of the day coming in and out of my flat but barely disturbed me at all and ensured that I was getting the best value for his time. I am very impressed with the speed and quality of the service provided and will definitely be a returning customer if any further plumbing/heating issue arises. Cannot recommend Quantum enough!!

   We had two visits from Quantum Plumbers, one as an emergency and today's visit as a scheduled visit. Very impressed with the standard of the work. Everything was clearly explained and the work was carried out efficiently. Ryan and Lee answered all our questions and were extremely polite. We have used Quantum electrics to have our home rewired and were so impressed by the whole team so we didn't hesitate to call on the Plumbing team this time. Would absolutely recommend this Company.
