   On the strength of Google reviews, we've contacted them for an emergency shower cartridge repair. They said someone will be there in 3 hours and no one turned up. No follow up. When calling back, the call centre said there is someone on the system... Well when they charge half of the high rate they charge, they are expected to do much better. Disappointed!

   What a great plumber! Super helpful, informative and good value for money. Had boiler issues for two weeks and gave up with the previous plumber. I called Hafiz, he came and gave me a quote two hours later, then got rid of the old and fitted the new boiler the next day. Efficient, skilled and good communication before, during and after. Very pleased customer and would recommend him to anyone!
