    My family stumbled cross Jai Electronics by accident several years ago when we had a malfunctioning TV. We were advised of the procedure that would apply and dealt with very professionally so all our expectations were met. Since then various members of the family have independently returned with various appliances and all have had the same professional experience. One final point though - the last time I visited, several months ago, with a non functioning microwave, I left the appliance to be assessed as the cost of repair may not have made justified fixing it. On contacting Jai Electronics for a feedback I was told there was no issue. I asked whether this was a joke and was assured that was not the case. The honesty that was displayed is what we should all expect but is sometimes in short supply. I was really impressed. Thank you Jai Electronics.
