   Washing machine installation and old machine removal. Aref was able to come earlier than scheduled which was a great help. Not only did he install the new machine which had proved too tricky for the Samsung third party engineers, Aref went on to sort out a couple of valve issues under the sink that were not part of the original call out. He tidied up at the end and explained all the work he'd undertaken. He was very efficient and removed our old machine also.

   My Bosch washing machine broke down in the evening. I tried calling many other companies but they all refused to come right away and made an appointment the next day. Only here they agreed to come help me that lately evening. Amir, the best washing machine repairman I have ever met, came to my aid. He fixed more than expected, but still didn't charge extra for it. It was a very rainy day. Amir worked very hard. I really appreciate London appliance services and Amir. Good luck to their company.

   This is a bit late, sorry. My oven suddenly stopped working. For a few days we kept trying it but nothing. I called Amir who arranged to come and see us the next day (a Saturday). He arrived exactly when he said he would and, when he tried it, my oven was working! However, he wanted to double check it wasn’t a fluke so took it apart a bit and made sure everything was working properly and then put it back together and tested it for about 15 mins to check it was all still OK. When I went to pay him for his visit, he didn’t want to take any money because there hadn’t been anything wrong. I disagreed because as far as we were concerned, it wasn’t working and he had taken time out of his day to come and see us. Eventually, after much persuasion on my part, he would only take 50%. I was very happy to hear he repairs all appliances and will definitely call on him for all my future needs. A great guy and a great job. 10/10. Would thoroughly recommend! :-)
