   Excellent communication ,very clear instructions and quick response times. They even managed to arrange an appointment on the same day. The engineer when arrived was quite professional and explained me what it needs to be done. My setup did not have a radiator valve drain off but the engineer was quite resourceful and managed to drain from the boiler using some tubes instead. I've added them on the phonebook for future use (hopefully I don't have to call them soon :) )

   I called Bluewater plumbing to look at my boiler as the heating was coming on when the hot water was on, an engineer arrived promptly,Covid safe as well, politely asked if he could enter and went to work to fault find the problem, he did this very quickly and identified what was wrong and tried to fix the issue there and then, he was unable but quickly got on the phone and ordered a replacement part which he picked up and returned to fix the boiler. From start to finish i felt that we were kept informed of our appointment by email/text, they arrived on time, were very clean and tidy and kept me informed what was going on and what was to happen. I would and will use Bluewater plumbing again and would have no hesitation in recommending them, thank you.

   Fantastic service. I had a leaking pipe in my garden and Bluewater came the next day and fixed it very quickly. They also asked for photos of the leak beforehand so they were able to give an idea of the time it would take and knew what kind of job it was. I would definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

   Am absolutely in awe of the craftsmanship and dedication for a perfect job from Bluewater Plumbing Ltd. It was not an easy task to replace the existing bath. The previous plumbers had tiled around the bath so taking out the original, then carefully placing another in its place (plus the sizes were slightly different too) merited precision and skill. The result is perfect and which has enhanced my bathroom plus, I did not need to re-tile. It is so rare to be offered a calibre of service that is old-fashioned and dedicated.
