A brilliant service, kept me informed of what he’s doing throughout the boiler service and how the boilers work and how to spot cowboys, extremely honest and helpful. Highly recommended
We used Haidar's services to service our boiler. We had just bought the property and did not have a full record of the service history so originally we wanted the full service that is supposed to be done every 5 years. Haidar did an exceptional job servicing the boiler and testing everything afterwards. He also explained everything to us, including the function of all the components, which of them are more likely to fail in our specific boiler, and how we can recognise the failures so we would know if they need professional repair. More than that, he recognised that the boiler had very likely received a full service within the past couple of years and therefore advised us to have the much cheaper annual service instead. It looked to us like Haidar was focused on establishing repeat customers rather than just making as much as possible from this one job and that was something we greatly appreciated.
Haider is very professional, explained what was required and the reasons why after diagnosing what was wrong with my Worcester Bosch combi boiler. Definitely the most thorough gas engineer to walk into my house and I will definitely be using his services again
