   I was recommended this company by a friend who had worked done by Peter. A recommendation I am grateful for. Had my boiler leaking water. Peter attended, examined the boiler, identified the parts which were causing the issues, explained the issues, answered my questions and gave advice and options of actions to take to address them. Needless to say he fixed the boiler and it hasn't leaked since. Peter does a thorough job and will take the time to do it right. Professional and polite. A plumber you definitely want to have.

   I highly recommend Peter. He managed to repair a very old boiler which lasted me a good few years. Then the time came for it to be replaced and Peter came on a Saturday in short notice and fixed up a brand new boiler. Peter is a perfectionist and takes care and time with his work. He is my go to plumber and have used him numerous times. He has even done work for my neighbour and both extremely happy with the work he has done.

   Peter completed a new boiler install including an horizontal unvented cylinder installation in my house. The unvented cylinder was installed in a tight spot in the eaves. Peter was very helpful in answering any of the questions I had during and after the install. I am really happy with the work they completed. It was done to a high degree of quality. I would not hesitate to recommend them again. I searched the market for a various plumbers, they offered the best value for money and I’m glad I went with them.

   Peter undertook a complete boiler and gas inlet pipework upgrade in our garden flat, his approach was meticulous, professional and he came in well on budget. He also patiently answered our varied questions about products and what was required for our refit when initially drawing up a short list of potential contractors. Peter did not rush when on the job and took a pride in the task at hand. I would happily endorse his services and intend to use his skillset again in the future.

   I have a trust problem with tradespeople and used EMC as they were very local which gave me some reassurance. My old crusty boiler was gaining pressure requiring weekly bleeding. I did have to chase a bit for a visit but was happy I persevered. My boiler needed a spare part with a non standard fitting. Also, the fittings were old and crusty. Both aspects making this a tricky job. Boiler gubbins were also awkward to access. All things considered, I thought the final charge was very fair -the part cost wasn't inflated and it wasn't that straightforward a job. Boiler has performed flawlessly since (for many months). So yes, another well-satisfied customer. I can't vouch for the company for larger jobs but for my boiler repair I couldn't be happier, frankly.

   I contacted Peter late afternoon as I had a water leak internally, near my electrical fuse board. He contacted me to understand the issues to ensure he had the correct parts with him. He ensured the leak was repaired a d did not rush. We subsequently had another leak which he repaired despite it being late evening. He checked everything before finally leaving at 9.30pm. Great service from Peter and I would definitely call him out againhhd

   I have gone to Peter the plumber on two separate occasions and was thoroughly satisfied on his work on both occasions. The first was October 2019, when I was purchasing my one bedroom ex-council flat and needed him to advise on a damp issue in the bathroom before completing the purchase. I called his mobile and he was able to come over and advise really quickly; we agreed the price in advance and it was really reasonable. He also demonstrated sound knowledge. In November 2021, when I decided to renovate my bathroom, I got three quotes and Peter's was again excellent value for money. He completed the work very quickly, but to a high standard, often staying late into the evening to get the work done on time. He is professional yet friendly and always reliable. I couldn't recommend him enough and would definitely go back to him if I have any problems in my flat in future.

   We'd been having a problem with our boiler for a few days and once Peter had figured out what the issue was he was kind enough to both go and buy the replacement parts and fix the problem that evening, even though it was getting quite late, to make sure that we had hot water. He was very friendly and helpfully explained everything whilst he was here. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who had any problems.
