Do not use! Extremely unprofessional. Takes your money with no hesitation and doesn't fix the problem. Paid him to fix my fridge. The job he did didn't last one hour. He came back and said more work had to be done and wanted more money. Paid him again to fix the fridge. He claims he done a great job. Fridge broke again a few days later. If you want your fridge fixed, call a professional who actually does a good job and doesnt rob you, not this guy!!
Ali was very professional and clearly experienced in quickly identifying what was wrong with the fridge, and is one of the few repair services in London that will do outcalls on weekends (including Sundays!). Costing was very fair when I compared online. Quick turnaround for weekend installation of replacement part within a day of calling them. 5-star service.
Our repairman was very helpful. He fully explained the problem with our fridge to us and carried out what turned out to be a complex repair job. He was very punctual and let us know when he was on his way in advance. I'd recommend this company for quick and effective service.
I came back from holiday on Saturday morning. As soon as I got home, I realised my fridge wasn't working (both refrigerator and freezer) so I called many places, but they wouldn't serve docklands let alone on a Saturday.
