   I discovered a lot of water around the toilet. After contacting this company, a polite plumber arrived within an hour and fixed the leak in the cistern. Unfortunately, there was still a smaller leakage that I discovered later. After I informed the company, they arranged the same plumber for the next day. He came and solved the problem. I would recommend this company to everybody, as they ALWAYS answer the phone immediately, give you the estimate of time and cost (quite reasonable), and keep to their word. All of this is rather unusual in London nowadays!

   I broke the flush mechanism on my toilet myself trying to "fix" it. I called this plumber and the phone was answered immediately, I text my address and a pic of the fault. Arrived within 1 hour with the replacement part. Job was complete in under 15 minutes. I really appreciate the sense of humour of the plumber, willingness to get to it straight away, no mess and coming prepared for the job. I recommend.

   I called 24-7 Emergency Plumbing and Filip was near me and came round within the hour and was incredible! He fixed the leak in our sink, cleared out all the clogs, fixed our washing machine and has his own special machine that drills down far deep in the pipes to remove everything out. Our sink and washing machine have never worked better, he is our superhero! Before and after videos below
