   First class service from these folks. They were able to fix our 23 year old Amana fridge freezer when all of the local engineers had claimed it was un-fixable. The engineer was on time, very pleasant and clearly knowledgeable. Costs were very reasonable, with a sensible surcharge added for travel outside of their normal catchment area. Due to the unusual dimensions of the fridge, replacing it would have meant significant alterations to the kitchen which had been designed around the standout stainless steel bow fronted doors. Great to have the fridge up and running again after so many years of faultless service, and re-assuring to know Amana Fridge Repair London are on hand to help if required!

   Normally don’t leave reviews but this company was amazing. I phoned up many services before for my fridge and they either over charged me or they did it cheap but the repair wasn’t completed efficiently and caused more problems. This company came out to me straight away and had my repair done quickly and efficiently. Thank you specifically to Simon who reassured me that I will be taken care of and the wonderful engineer who talked me through the process.

   I’ve got my American fridge checked out by few people but they couldn't figure out the issue and then I was recommended apex repair by a friend and I’m glad to say it’s all sorted out thanks to the engineer he knew what he was doing, I definitely recommend them. Cheers

   I firstly used a local repair company who said my Fridge/freezer could not be repaired. I then contacted Amanda Fridge Repair Centre for a 2nd opinion, who told me over the phone exactly what the problem was, what spare part I required and step by step on how to replace it. The part I required arrived the next day and fixed the problem. Excellent service, very professional and would highly recommen using this company for repairs.

   When my husband and I moved from Canada to the UK 8 years ago, we had to purchase a new fridge/freezer and to my great delight, I found the exact same unit as I had in Canada ( and loved!) on eBay (used) for £435! I bought it immediately. It has served me without issues until I defrosted the ice maker a couple of weeks back when suddenly it kept blowing the breaker. I called Maytag repair in London (Apex Fridge Repair Centre) where I spoke with Simon who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately he could not send out a serviceman to fix things as the furthest north they travel from London is Milton Keynes and I'm closer to Peterborough. I did find someone based in Peterborough who would come out to look at it and fix it if necessary. To make a long story short, I needed the ice maker replaced (it was corroded) and after that was done, when it kept blowing the breaker again, I called Simon once more who said it was likely the defrost heater unit which also needed replacing. He told me what to tell the serviceman and how to install the items, and proverbially 'held my hand' throughout the whole process. He even returned calls on weekends! As of today - fingers crossed - everything has been replaced, and hopefully my beloved Maytag Fridge-freezer will keep going for another 10 years at least! I will certainly call them again should I need parts or service advice, and highly recommend this company. Now if they would only travel further north... ;-)

   Very knowledgeable and professional. Fridge was tripping RCD after 16 yrs of faultless service. Called out a so called 'professional engineer' from a well know brand who declared compressor was broken so new fridge/freezer needed @ ~£2k! His answers re compressor made no sense to me and 10mins on the phone with Simon @ Amana Fridge Repair and he diagnosed a faulty heater coil. Ordered the part and fitted myself - all working perfectly for less than £150 and 1hrs work! Great to find someone who knows what they are talking about and his helpful. Thanks.
